Israel lobby domination faces collapse

Greg Barn’s description of Justice Fagan’s repudiation of the IHRA definition of antisemitism is a masterly summation – and as happenstance has it, in a week where the Israel Lobby machinations to dominate the politics of the rest of the world has come to a crashing halt in several major locations.

In Australia, the Jewish Ambassador’s arrogant, dissembling, hectoring bluster has likely done more harm to society’s peaceful existence with the Jewish diaspora than even Jillian Segal’s worst. His contempt for our decent concerns about the blatant murder of an Australian citizen engaged in humanitarian action in Gaza, where his government and military are engaged in what has been denounced as genocide by the ICC, the UN, and many nations, is an absolute affront and disgrace.

Our Foreign Minister’s cowardice in not expelling Newman is pathetic but expected, however I suspect there will be widespread public repudiation of the Ambassador’s conduct.

In the USA, the peak Zionist Lobby body, the AIPAC, has failed to prevent progressive Democrats noted as being unwilling to bend the knee in genuflection. Without the chains of subservience to the Zionist cause to support it, the IHRA definition will crumble – not before time.
